Mordy Soloff is the Managing Partner of the New York Technology and Israeli Business practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mordy's expertise involves helping to grow young businesses by seeking out opportunities with related companies, negotiating transactions with venture capital firms and investors, navigating the challenges of growth and providing related business and financial consulting services.

In addition to his technology industry work, Mordy has many years of experience providing consulting, accounting, auditing and other advisory services to some of the nation's most prominent financial institutions, investment bankers, investors and attorneys. His areas of expertise include capital markets, strategic planning, financial structuring, mergers and acquisitions, special investigations and expert testimony.

As Managing Partner for the firm's Israeli Business practice, Mordy has had significant involvement in cross-border investment flows between the U.S. and Israel. His U.S.-Israeli experience has spanned a wide variety of assignments, including registrations of Israeli technology companies in the U.S. securities market, organization of due diligence reviews for U.S. firms acquiring or joint venturing with Israeli companies, assistance with U.S. SEC regulatory requirements for Israeli corporations and serving as liaison for the economic interests of PricewaterhouseCoopers clients in Israel.

Mordy Soloff holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Brooklyn College and was a Ph.D. Candidate at the City University of New York. He is a frequent lecturer on technology, capital and issues impacting U.S. and international technology companies and investors. He is responsible for overseeing the regional planning and development of the PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP National Venture Capital Survey, an economic barometer of venture capital investments. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Board of the American Israel Chamber of Commerce and the U.S.-Israel Biotechnology Council. His extensive Israeli-related activities also earned Mordy the America-Israel Chamber of Commerce Business Leadership Award.
