David is a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Technology, Information, Communication and Entertainment Group (TICE) with over 12 years of experience in providing audit, business advisory and consulting services to companies focused in the high-tech, media and new media industries. He has significant experience working with public and private companies ranging from start-ups to large multi-nationals. David has extensive SEC experience and has provided accounting and auditing services on a number of IPOs, secondary and debt offerings, carve-outs and other SEC filings. He has also assisted his clients in a number of restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and spin-offs, in addition to M&A and joint venture structuring and due diligence. David has also assisted numerous clients with respect to revenue recognition, stock option and other complex equity issuances.

David is a member of the New York New Media Association, AICPA and New York State Society of CPAs and has served on the NYSSCPA's publishing and new media committee. David is a frequent lecturer on Internet advertising and developing new media companies. David has an M.B.A. from the University of Buffalo.
