Aron Minken is a Director in the Global Human Resources Solutions consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He is involved in working with clients in all areas of human resources and offers consulting expertise on broad-based compensation plans, group health and welfare plans (including flexible benefit plans) and medical plan cost control.

Aron has over 20 years' experience primarily in the areas of compensation, health and welfare plans, flexible benefits, qualified retirement and savings programs employee benefits communications, employee benefits administration and government compliance issues. His consulting services include design, implementation, and financing of such plans, and merger and acquisition due diligence.

Aron also has extensive experience in the coordination and communication of corporate human resources policies and programs.

Aron is a graduate of Cornell University (B.S. Industrial and Labor Relations) and New York University (M.B.A. Finance). He is a former adjunct professor at New York University (Course Title: Fundamentals of Compensation and Benefits).
