Brian is a partner in our Transaction Services Group in New York and has spent 13 years in public accounting with the most recent 8 years focused exclusively on mergers and acquisitions. Brian is the leader of our Metro TICE (Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment) merger and acquisition practice. He has provided advisory services across the deal continuum including target identification, due diligence, transaction structuring, model analysis, purchase and financing agreement reviews and post closing consultation. He has served both financial and strategic buyers in over 200 transactions ranging in value from $5 million to $5 billion.

Brian has been interviewed for numerous articles including those in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times and the Daily Deal. He has also appeared on CNNfn to discuss the state of the technology mergers and acquisitions environment and its recent downturn. Brian has made presentations at various conferences on how to approach due diligence and some of the common high risk areas.
