Ken is the partner in charge of PricewaterhouseCoopers New Jersey Information & Telecommunications practice group, based in Florham Park.

Ken heads a team of Partners, Managers and staff who serve clients in the central and northern portions of New Jersey. He personally provides auditing and business advisory services to clients in the information, telecommunications and technology sectors. Some of his notable clients include AT&T, Global Crossing, Commtech, StorageApps, XM Satelite, World-Link and HydraWEB. He joined the former Coopers & Lybrand in 1985, following graduation from the University of Delaware and was admitted to the partnership in 1996. Ken spent three years in the Firm's National Accounting & SEC office, including one year in the International Capital markets group. Ken was also seconded to the Prague, Czech Republic office for three years to develop the information & telecommunications practice in the region.

In over 16 years with the Firm, Ken has developed a broad base of international and domestic business knowledge, including external and internal audit, business advisory, transaction and consulting experience. He assists clients in improving their operational, financial and compliance processes and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their business. He also has significant SEC experience, and has advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, equity transaction structuring, initial and secondary public offerings, and private placements.

Ken is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida Societies of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the New Jersey Technology Council, a board member of the New Jersey Economic Development Council and participates as a speaker and moderator in numerous business events around the state. Ken also serves as a member of a New Jersey air search and rescue group and is a partner advocate on the Firm's African & Latin American diversity committee.
