Susan Roos is in the New Jersey Technology, Information, Communications and New Media practice group in Florham Park. She is the New Jersey Venture Capital Industry Leader.

Susan joined the firm in 1988, following graduation from James Madison University, in Harrisburg, Virginia. She also obtained an MBA in Finance from Columbia University, New York.

With over 12 years of experience in the areas of telecommunications, technology and venture capital, Susan has developed a broad base of business knowledge, including external and internal audit, business advisory, transaction and consulting experience. She has extensive experience in assisting clients in improving their operational, financial, and compliance processes and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their business. She also has significant SEC experience, and has advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, equity transaction structuring, initial and secondary public offerings, and private placements.

Susan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Susan is an active member of the New Jersey Technology Council, where she also holds a position on the Software Advisory Board.

Susan is married to Eric and has two daughters, Emily and Abigail. She is an Emergency Medical Technician and volunteers at her local First Aid Squad. She is also on the Board of Trustees of the Community theatre in Morristown, where she serves as Treasurer.

Susan is a native of New Jersey and grew up in New Providence. She and her family reside in Basking Ridge.
