Brendan is the managing partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers New Jersey Technology, Communications and New Media practice group, based in Florham Park.

Brendan heads a team of Partners, Managers and staff who serve clients in the central and northern portion of New Jersey. He personally provides auditing and business advisory services to clients in the technology and telecommunications sectors. Some of his notable clients include AT&T, Alphanet Solutions, Justballs.com, Tachion Networks Olivetti USA, Aplion Networks and Ascom Hasler.

He joined the former Coopers & Lybrand in 1984, following graduation from Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, PA and was admitted to the partnership in 1994. Following the merger which created PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998, Brendan was named the New Jersey Technology and New Media Partner-in-Charge.

With over 17 years with the Firm, Brendan has developed a broad base of business knowledge, including external and internal audit, business advisory, transaction and consulting experience. He assists clients in improving their operational, financial and compliance processes and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of their business. He also has significant SEC experience, and has advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, equity transaction structuring, initial and secondary public offerings, and private placements.

Brendan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the Board of the New Jersey Technology Council, and participates as a speaker and moderator in numerous business events around the State. Brendan also serves on the Capital Sources Committee of the Edison Partnership. Brendan also serves on the American Cancer Society Morristown Board of Managers.
