Bob is an audit and business advisory services partner in the New York Metro Region Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment (TICE) practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers and is the Managing Partner of the TICE practice on Long Island. Bob has over 18 years of accounting and auditing experience and has served clients ranging from early stage companies to large multinationals. Bob has been focusing on SEC engagements for his entire professional career. His experience includes numerous initial (IPO) and secondary offerings, registration statements related to merger transactions and quarterly and annual filings with the SEC. He has been involved with the successful resolution to many SEC comment letters and generally takes the lead role on all responses pertaining to technical accounting and SEC compliance. Bob routinely advises his clients on complex matters including IPOs and secondary offerings, business acquisitions and divestitures, carve-outs, impairments and restructurings, equity-based compensation (option re-pricing strategies and alternatives), strategic alliances, performance-based equity arrangements, and equity and consolidation accounting matters.
