Bruce is a tax partner in the Technology Industry Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bruce has broad based client experience servicing start-up Internet companies, E-commerce and software development companies, privately-held companies and high net worth individuals. Bruce deals with companies on business tax planning, restructuring, succession planning and general tax issues. Bruce received his JD degree from Brooklyn Law School and his LL.M. from New York University. He is also a NYS Certified Public Accountant, a member of the ABA, NYSSCPA's, and the AICPA.
