Laurie leads or has led our relationships with global software, computers & networking and consumer products companies. Laurie also serves venture-backed emerging software and other technology companies. Laurie is experienced in advising clients on accounting and reporting matters as well as a variety of business topics including acquisition and divestiture transactions, risk management and process improvement. Laurie serves on the Board of Directors of the Westchester Venture Group. Laurie is a graduate of Indiana University and holds CPA licenses in the states of Virginia, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey.
